synopsis: This frightfully funny musical based on the Tim Burton movie turned Broadway phenomenon finds an unusual, dark-on-the-inside teenager grieving the loss of her mother. Lucky for her, the new house she and her father move into is haunted—by a recently deceased couple and Beetlejuice, the delightful demon with a real zest for life. When Lydia calls on Beetlejuice to scare away anyone with a pulse, this double-crossing ghoul shows his true stripes, unleashing a (Nether)world of pandemonium. This show is sure to strike a chord with young theatre lovers for its unabashed humor and emotional honesty.
